I have the Lloyds World Elite mastercard primarily for the Priority Pass. My wife’s supplementary card arrived and we activated it a couple of days ago. We tried to register her for online banking via the app but it wouldn’t work, but managed to do it through a browser. At the end of registration the on screen message said her it was successfully but she must ring telephone banking with a reference number. This seems a bit strange as I didn’t have to do this with the main card. Is this normal?On the assumption they unlock everything when she calls, will she then be able to access her priority pass through the travel benefits section in the same way as my main card?
Don’t you eventually receive an email with a registration code from Priority Pass once the account is all set up? I only did it myself a few weeks ago, so I should know. Alas I’ve forgotten what happened!
