Despite what its website says CP Copenhagen lounge has closed. phoned diamond support and was told “only IC hotels have lounges” which isnt true but may suggest a plan???
More likely someone from CS who is totally clueless about what the company they work for actually offers, and assumes the person calling is even more clueless than them.
