Lounge options at Tokyo Haneda

We’re flying home from Haneda, Tokyo in BA club- I’m not familiar with this airport. Any particular lounge recommendations or tips? Are we confined to BA lounge or can use JAL any better than the other?

You can use the JAL or Cathay lounges. Former is busier, but has more food options. Latter is generally quieter, but food choice is arguably more limited (similar to the LHR T3 one). You can go to both and decide – I’d personally eat in JAL and then retire to Cathay depending on how much time you have at the airport.
