I’d appreciate some advice/knowledge please.

Can I use my lounge pass if I make a booking via a travel agent eg Voyage Privé ?

VP are doing a good deal on the IC RAK. They are offering all inclusive for 5 nights in March for c£1k (or 40%) lower than the member price on the app. I’m not so fussed about AI but it is the only option if I book via VP.

The IC RAK is very good indeed and the club lounge there is excellent.

No, because VP is not a travel agent in the traditional sense. Your reservation would be treated the same as an Expedia one by the hotel, i.e. no IHG elite benefits and no IHG points earning.

There are proper travel agents who can offer you a package via the IHG Destined programme, which may suit you better.
