Lounges SFO & LAX

Upcoming trip to US. Any advice on best lounges to use for these parts of my trip:

1. SFO-LAX. Flying AA business but this doesn’t give me lounge access as domestic/short but can use my Amex Gold Priority passes here.

2. LAX-LHR flying BA Club. Seems like there’s a couple lounges can use here for this flight.

For 2 your only option is Qantas business or first lounges. (Same same really)

I have heard people have done the AA lounges and the changed terminals when flying BA but don’t really know if that’s worth it.
