Loyalty for 15+ years of membership

Hello folks

The wife and I have been members of Amex BA card for over 15 years. I am primary holder.
Does Amex offer any loyalty for long term members?

If what does one loose if they terminate the card and open another account say in wife’s name.

Is it the free or paid card? You can contact them and ask if they have any retention offers. If you have the BAPP, the offer is likely to be better.

You can refer your wife for a separate card and still keep your own if you wish.
