Male to London via Doha on separate tickets

Can anyone answer if QR staff at Male will check my bags through direct through to London and issue 2 boarding passes as I’m flying on 2 separate reward tickets both on QR with a 4.5hr transit time. Doing this as the 1 ticket option to London isn’t available. Also does it matter as Mle-Doh is eco & Doh-Lon is business?

QR checks bags on two separate tickets, but you will get economy baggage allowance.
