We are travelling down to Heathrow from T3 Manchester on Sunday evening 15/5. Just wondered if BA are including Fast Track security and lounge access in T3 at the moment. Have heard mixed reports!
Yes went through yesterday with no problem.only lounge provided is Escape lounge as 1903 isn’t opened
They’ve suspended the sale of fasttrack passes but the lane should be open for those with biz tickets. But it’s MAN… so who knows.
T3 security has been fine in the afternoon/evening the two times I’ve been through in last 10 days. I couldn’t see there was any difference between fast track & normal either. The mornings seem to be the problem according to friends & reports on here.
Escape lounge is rubbish though.

I worry that using the fast track lane is drawing unnecessary attention to oneself from the security staff!
@Thegasman – Escape lounge – what’s not to like about sparkling wine on draught (white AND pink)? I’m daring myself to ask for it in a pint glass next time we’re there.Fast track wasn’t in use Thursday morning at Terminal three but only took 15 minutes to get through, Escape lounge perfectly acceptable but merely a warm up for the Concorde Lounge.
Agree re Escape – and actually if you’re there in the morning it beats the old BA lounge by serving hot breakfast!
The hot breakfast items were decent quality and were replaced by a selection of sandwiches around 11-30.
It was busy with plenty of bookings and BA status passengers, saw priority pass holders being refused in the morning
