Marriott Amex Chat offline but Platinum Chat working?

I was trying to contact Amex via chat to close my Marriott card but it has shown as unavailable for the last couple of days. I noticed my wives Platinum card has chat available?

Is this a temporary outage, I suppose I could call.

I have multiple cards and the chat within the app is one, not option to select one specific to the card as far as I am aware.. I have to say that even when I have asked about BAPP they initially think I am talking about the Platinum account so there may be something in the background

The Marriott card is the only card on the account. The chat is still showing unavailable tonight. Does anyone with only a Marriott Amex card show the chat as available?
