    Hi

Has anyone got an up to date contact number to transfer some points. Last number I have is from April but doesn’t seem to be working

    Thanks

    Ben

You don’t say which number you called, but this is one I kept a record of, having used it before to transfer points – 020 3564 6335

Yep. That’s the last one I called. It answers as Marriott with a recorded message then just goes silent. I’ll try again tomorrow

That’s my verified go to number as well.

I’d be disappointed to hear that it’s dead.

Hopefully just a temporary Christmas/New Year staffing shortage.

Managed to get through on the same number today. Maybe the office was closed.

Nice easy points transfer as well

This number worked for me yesterday and I got straight through. Not an easy number to find on Marriott’s website though !

Really quite poor how obfuscating the Marriott website is re contact Phone numbers. The Titanium member line gets revealed to me when logged into my app thankfully but otherwise the website hides numbers very deeply.

They’re shockingly bad at providing contact details for hotels as well; I had to resort to searching old posts on Tripadvisor recently to get an email address for a property I’ve booked.

Totally agree – I find if you message Bonvoy Customer Services though, they will provide them to you

Just to update everyone, Marriott have now amended their method of transferring points between members.
You no longer call to do this, it can be done online and the points can take up to 7 days to arrive.
It is still up to 100,000 points per year for free – to anyone with a Bonvoy account.

Log into your account home page (the account to transfer FROM) Then… / About Marriott Bonvoy / Marriott Bonvoy Overview / Manage Points / Transfer Points.

Enter the recipients Bonvoy account details, enter a code you are sent – You’re done!

** Update, just checked my account, the points have transferred immediately.
