Marriott Homes and Villas Amex £150 cashback cumulative?

Does anyone know if the spend £500 get £150 cash back at amex offer is cumulative? I have 2 reservations I want to make but neither are over £500…but together would be 🙂
I know the general hotel offers are usually cumulative but this is the homes and villas offer so may be different?

This is not a ‘single transaction’ Amex offer in my case, so multiple transactions should be fine.

Based on previous experiences it is accumulative spend and you can pay with different cards for a big amount
