I guess I must have high standards or expectations because the above is yet another crap lounge.

In the 90 minutes I was there, the bar had a constant queue of 5+ people – all to get inclusive basic drinks (plus $$ tip of course)

The food trough was exactly that, bowls of half filled slop with people crowding each time someone came from the kitchen/service area.

Seating, when you could get it, was mostly uncomfortable rows just facing other similarly uncomfortable rows.

So for me, another reason not to save and fly Virgin UC

And they think such rubbish is compatible with their stratospheric dynamic pricing.
