I have the spend £400, get £100 offer for Microsoft.
“Offer excludes transactions made on Xbox, Microsoft Store, One Drive, & Physical Goods”
Do they mean purchases made using an Xbox, or do they mean the purchase of an Xbox, or on the xbox website? Likewise “Microsoft Store”, do they refer to the shop on Regent Street or the App?
One-drive I get, but then there’s the “Physical Goods” – but the terms also say the items must be delivered to a UK address.
I’m utterly baffled as the terms seem to exclude everything.
I received this on subscription purchases of Office 365 and email accounts. I’d saved it just in case, and was a little surprised to receive it. The subscriptions were in place for several years, so it wasn’t in any way a sweetener to change behaviour.
