Miles & More pooling points [for UK resident]?

Hi All – I have been looking into the pooling of points between accounts or being able to add someone to my account but it’s not possible if resident in the UK. Does anyone know of a work around on this subject?
Who can set up a mileage pool?

Any adult Miles & More member resident in Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania or Croatia may open a Mileage Pool. Underage Miles & More members cannot set up a mileage pool, but they may be invited to join a mileage pool by their legal guardian or legal representative.

I know someone that changed their address on the accounts to an address in Germany. It worked for them in the end to pool the miles together. Of course I am not suggesting to do such a thing 🙂
