Hello, both my daughter and I received the standard 25,000 avios offered with a new Barclaycard Avios account after reaching £3k spend but neither of us received the extra 5,000. Both contacted the issuer separately about this and I was told -after a little backwards and forward- that mine would be credited at the beginning of next month. My daughter was told “the additional 5k Avios…was advertised by the merchant [and will be} credited by them directly to your Ex. Club account..please contact the Headforpoints directly for any update” Has anyone had a similar experience chasing up these missing points?
