Missing avios and TP Alaska Airlines

I did a codeshare flight the other week, the outbound was with AA and Alaska. Very enjoyable by the way, great seats on both!
The AA leg credited fine but Alaska hasn’t shown up. I followed the link on the HFP article for missing avios on an Alaska flight but it says to send a fax? Are they for real? Surely there is another more direct route to process this?

Thank you. This did work although exec club added in a condescending reminder to ‘properly enter’ your exec club number to avoid this issue on the future.:)
