    If anyone can help me with the below it would be appreciated, I didn’t feel the need to do two posts. so joint them in one.

    First one I done a referral before my MR rewards account wasn’t setup properly (I assumed it would be immediate) CS are telling me to contact them in 8-10 weeks so they can investigate, has anyone ever had to chase a Referral credit, what details will I need to provide.
    I am planning to have 2 separate MR accounts in different profiles (Business & Personal)

    Secondly, I am trying to transfer some points to Virgin, Does anyone know what information VS verify to Amex as seems all information is correct even email address and telephone number. this is somehow being rejected. Amex have told me to try and contact Virgin but the queue lengths are up to an hour. Any suggestions.

    I have sorted the virgin issue, Contacted Virgin (no errors) then back to Amex and they done it manually.

    If anyone has any experience of claiming missing referrals that would be appreciated.

    As long as you have the name and address of the person you referred it is easy to chase missing points, because they can clearly see that the person was referred.
