MOVING AVIOS BETWEEN ACCOUNTS

Getting ready to use my first companion voucher in 10 days time. I have about 22,000 Avios sitting in my Qatar account which I’ll probably need when I book the return leg 6 weeks later.

How do I go about moving them from Qatar to BA?
