Afternoon,
I changed iPhone and following this am unable to do the MFA to log into by BAC club account (or indeed BA.com) on my PC. I called BA and asked for it to be reset but haven’t heard anything in nearly 2 weeks and still can’t log in! Please could I trouble the forum for any advice? Thanks.
I have/had the same issue. BA told me it can’t be done. I don’t think it’s the case, they are just lazy and incompetent. I still have access to the old phone and I am using it just for this purpose. Pretty poor.
I like passkeys but too many websites implement them poorly. If you have SMS as the second factor, you can of course port your old number over to the new phone.
