Name change, same person. Will I have to pay?

I booked some flights to Nice for my wife and I using the BA app and didn’t check which details were saved for her. Turns out I hadn’t updated her details and so the ticket is in her maiden name. Her executive club number is on there and she is obviously the same person but her ticket name won’t match her passport.
I can update her API details to her current passport name etc etc using MMB but that doesn’t help the ticket mismatch. Any suggestions on the best way to proceed?
