Nectar account linking error

Whenever I’m trying to link Nectar to BA, it throws up an error when trying to login at the BA side, despite using the correct login details.
Anyone had this issue before and managed to resolve?
I’ve been experiencing the same for the past couple of weeks. I can unlink and then relink my accounts successfully, but when I click the ‘Convert Points’ link in the Nectar app or on the Nectar website then it says ‘Oops! We cannot connect to your Avios account’.
I had exactly same problem – had to unlink and relink to manually transfer points last month – after a couple of times account got locked due to the limit of 4 changes per year. thankfully on the 1st of jan everything was ok again so I just set up auto-conversion. Be careful not to exceed the limit of 4 Nectar -> Avios links.
OK, just leaving here a note, as I seem to be the 4th person having this issue – although it feels somewhat better not being alone and finding fellow ppl experiencing the same issue, the fact that there isn’t any other detail about this error on the internet, and that I am only the 4th person here having this problem, shows that probably there isn’t yet a solution.
I feel I have to add, that also, if I haven’t had this problem, I wouldn’t even know about the recent devaluation back in November 2022 (https://insideflyer.co.uk/2022/11/british-airways-devalues-nectar-conversions-what-comes-next) which again is something I believe they should have AT LEAST send an email about (prior to its happening of course) just wondering if the change in itself may be the cause to this error?
For 3 consecutive days I’ve tried to do a transfer nectar to avios. My account shows as linked but when I try to do a transfer it comes up with an error and asks me to verify. BA send me a 6 digit code but when entered it reverts back to showing an error saying verification has failed. Any suggestions and with whom should I speak, nectar of BAEC?
