I setup autoconversion from nectar to avios to get the bonus back at the start of August, as per this article https://www.headforpoints.com/2024/07/28/350-avios-when-auto-convert-nectar-points/.
I yet to receive the bonus avios – has anyone received them yet?

Nothing for me either, I chased Nectar who randomly gave me 350 Nectar points and told me to talk to BA. I spoke to BA and they said speak to Nectar! Nectar then gave me a missing Avios link which is for flights, at this point I gave up!
Nothing for me. I chased Nectar. They opened a case and gave me a reference number. Apparently I’ll hear back in another 28 days.
Has anyone received the bonus 350 points? I know it’s only a small amount, but it’s the principle.

Still no despite my case reference number.
I called for an update and they said they couldn’t do anything unless I proved I’d been offered it. I recently ahd another Nectar offer (related to Esso) which also didn’t credit. I’ve lost faith in Nectar offers after these last two failing to credit.
The 350 just landed in my account, not sure if my complaint to BA made any difference?
I have a case number too but nothing received yet. I sent a screenshot of the offer to them and they said I had to opt in. My understanding is there was no separate opt in other than auto convert being on. I will follow up with them again.
I am set for auto convert and it happens weekly and was due yesterday. Failed to happen. Now I have a load of nectar that won’t get the bonus (14th was the end date for the 20% bonus). Anyone else? I doubt the bonus credit for a short while after today as per t&c

Same. It never fails to autoconvert. This was the 1st time.

Same here – both me and my brother-in-law.
I raised a case with BA a while back and I’ve just had an email to say they’ve credited 350 avios (it appears as an Avios Adjustment “Sale – Avios Exchange Product”)
No sign of any bonus yet for my autoconversion under the October promotion.
