Nectar Avios transfer error

Hi all,
I’ve had a bit of a mare.
I went to set up an auto conversion from Nectar to Avios yesterday. Followed the instructions, linked the accounts and set up the auto transfer.
This morning I got an email saying 25200 Avios has been converted to 25200 Nectar points. I initially panicked thinking I’d been hacked or something. But thought I’d check my accounts and see what happened. It seems I mistakenly did the auto covert from Avios to Nectar and not the other way!
It’s completely my error but wondered if there’s anything I can do, or any ‘cooling off period’? Fully don’t expect anything to happen and have learnt a very harsh lesson.
I’m afraid I wouldn’t hold out much hope, but you can’t lose by asking. There is a phone line which isn’t given (or is very well hidden) on the app. 0344 8110811.
Above all I think it is worth flagging for others that the conversion default is avios to nectar and that this, and how to change it, isn’t particularly clear. Take care and double check when making your first transfer.
