I found out from HfP that Nectar Connect is now back accepting Amex on TrueLayer – has anyone successfully managed to reconnect?
#1 Tried on Android and Apple and neither automatically directs to Amex App for authentication
#2 When logging in via the webpage to access Amex account, it gives an error for TrueLayer authentication
I literally just did mine this morning and it worked fine.
If you are RECONNECTING I couldn’t get it to work. I deleted my existing Amex cards (they expired tomorrow anyway) and started from scratch. I did this via the Nectar website, not the app, on a Windows PC. No problem adding 6 cards back from myself and my wife.
+1 for Rob’s suggestion — delete everything and start again. Just worked for me.
