Hi, I converted in one go all my nectar points into avios in April after the 25% bonus promotion was announced but have not received the bonus yet. Has anyone received it or know when it will be credited? I had done the same a year ago and the bonus was never given. No idea how to claim it
The Ts & Cs say “Avios will be credited to members British Airways Club accounts within 28 days from the promotion end date”, which was 30 April. So just have to wait a while yet and they should appear in your Avios account.
