New Etihad Guest 40% transfer bonus promo

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has seen the new promo and could clarify this, when I click on the Etihad website it says “You’ll earn 1 Etihad Guest Mile for every 2 Premier Reward points on your HSBC Premier Credit Card.

Convert your Premier Reward points to Etihad Guest Miles now by calling 03457 70 70 70.”

Does this mean you will only get the 40 % bonus if you call the number and by doing it over the portal yourself you won’t get the bonus added?
