I’m not versed in staying in Hilton’s so as a lowly Gold what perks\upgrades should I expect if booking with rewards at a Hilton?
Not expecting anything, just don’t want to pay for breakfast if if would be free.
Initially look at Hilton in Quebece city.

What do you get as Gold?
Upgrade: trivial – maybe a nicer view, maybe a 1 category bump if you’re lucky but expect nothing.
Free bottles of water (🙄).
Outside USA the free breakfast for Gold and above still applies and you will get that automatically as points stays are room only by default. Just make sure that your “MyWay” benefits for your Hilton account are set to breakfast rather than extra points for all brands; you can check this in the account section of the Hilton app and website.- This reply was modified 55 years, 4 months ago by .
As credit card gold i basically got breakfast and not many upgrades, not even to an exec room. As earned diamond ive been given a few suites but ive read of golds getting exec so maybe it depends on the location.
Breakfast should be included in quebec but in niagara they refused to give breakfast and only game the 12 dollar voucher that they give in the us.
