When I booked this trip, I felt very confident about getting to Newark for our flight home. Researched train and bus options. Now it’s close to going home, 1.5 days, I am a bit nervous.
Any recommendations from others who have done the trip? If it helps we need to be there around 3pm, for a 6pm flight.Considering Lyft, or asking concierge, as alternatives.
Just checked my receipts and it was $122 in an Uber back in July from the St Regis mid-afternoon, although that’s not Lower Manhattan.
Annoyingly Uber receipts no longer show the journey time.

Depending on exactly where you are you could take the PATH to Newark and then a train from there. But personally I’d just do an Uber or a Lyft around that time unless Google was showing dark red traffic for some reason!
I’d get the train if you can get to Penn Station easily enough from where you are. Pretty painless in my experience.
Blade is very cool, but is less useful if you have checked luggage and is properly useless if the weather prevents your flight.
