Next Amex after Platinum

Just had a platinum card last year to max the benefits for a big holiday. Now cancelled but want to keep collecting Avios – what is the next best card that I would be able to get the best benefits and entitled to sign up bonus etc.

The only option (unless you qualify for a Business card) is BA Premium Plus, and that assumes you’ve not had a BA Amex for 2 years.

If that fails you need to look at Barclaycard or possibly HSBC Premier.
