No 25k IHG points for achieving IHG Spire Elite status?

@RussellH – firstly, I always get more sense from IHG via email than on the phone and you then have a record of what’s been said (if your OH is Ambassador, all the better as there is a dedicated email address).

Secondly, if your partner can be bothered, her points earning will be detailed on her Creation statements, though I can’t remember how far back you can see them without requesting copies!

Thanks again. I was surprised she wanted to phone – she usually hates phoning people (probably a result of having been on-call for many years), but she had had enough of e-mails from people who clearly had not bothered to read her questions properly and hoped that she might have more luck on the phone.

I think she has given up now. Current plan is not to do any more cash stays with IHG – just points bookings.
