No Avios awarded this month

We have the free card and there is a message this month saying that due to a technical problem at their end, no avios will be awarded this month but they will be awarded next month.

Has anyone else had this? Luckily we didn’t need them for a redemption but it could really affect some people.

Hmmm, just had a quick look and we’ve had the same since June, with no Avios posting. Just emails saying “will be posted next month”
