No Avios or tier points showing on BA Holidays booking

Bit of advise please!

I have several bookings with BA next year (mix of holidays and flight only). All of them show my estimated Avios and Tier point earnings in ‘manage booking’ except one to the US, which should also qualify for the double tier points offer as it’s over 5 days and booked through BA Holidays. I’ve never seen this before and given the issues with BA IT systems, should I raise this with them prior to my travel? If so who should I contact? Thanks in advance!

Ignore it, the change to revenue based earnings has messed up the display of TPs and Avios.

In the (unlikely) event it doesn’t post correctly after the flights you would follow up with customer services and they will sort it out but 99% of the time it just works.

I have just checked the 3 BA holidays bookings and none of them show estimated avios / TP earnings.

The flight only ones do but state that the avios is an estimate only.

My holiday booking shows the miles and tier points but not as double tier points. Miles look wrong as well.

The double TPs have never been displayed in MMB.

Thanks all – I thought it might be something to do with the recent change in the way you earn avios but wasn’t sure. It’s just strange that the other two holidays bookings show correctly but if others are experiencing the same thing then it’s more likely a glitch in the BA matrix!
