No Avis/Budget cars in Preveza / Aktion PVK in 2025??

I was looking at flights for next summer, as the BA prices are good at present, but when I tried BAH to add car hire it just threw an error message.
When I checked on Avis.co.uk there are no cars available in 2025 – I can book until Dec 2024.
Does anyone with more experience know if this is normal and Avis is just slow to “load” car availability onto their website?
It would be nice to do a BAH booking for the price advantage, as well as the TP’s.

I’ve noticed this too – seems to be true for all Greek destinations that I’ve looked at (I’m interested in Rhodes though now loosing my earlier enthusiasm). So I’m no help but have noticed this too and would be good to get some insight.

They are either in the process of changing local contractors or have not confirmed availability yet I would say

They now have cars available. I booked it as a BAH with the flight.
