    My partner and I each sent off missing Avios claims on 7 May 2025 for a Malaysian flight we took on 16 February 2025.

    The booking confirmations had our BA numbers and so did the boarding cards but the Avios have never arrived.

    I’ve had an acknowledgment of receipt of the claim from BA and the said they sent it to Malaysian. But the claim is still outstanding. Service standard is supposed to be 4 weeks.

    All the emails are from no reply addresses.
    Anyone know a contact email or phone number?
