No status checked in baggage allowance BA LHR-DOH PE then QR DOH-CMB Economy

Could someone advise me if the baggage allowance I have worked out is correct? No status.

BA LHR-DOH PE – 2 x 23kg

QR DOH-CMB Economy (Fare code B on QR website) – allowance not visible on BA site and they state’Check allowance with Qatar’ – When I messaged them they said you are allowed one piece but to check with BA regarding weight.

As BA are the marketing carrier (I bought through them) I understand I am only allowed 1 x 23kg bag checked in at LHR that will be checked through to CMB as 1 x 23kg is the BA allowance for the lowest class of travel on the trip?

In London they will allow you to check 2 bags but on the way back you may have issues doing the same (if it is Y and then PE the other way around).
