Hi
Has anyone else recently had problems receiving texts to confirm identity when buying something online. As normal I got the prompt saying we have emailed AND Texted you but I only received the email and NO text. The last digits of the phone number are correct.
I had switched to a mobile virtual network for a while and I stopped receiving TFA texts. I then switched again but it may be about your mobile provider.
When I called they didn’t even understand the issue so CS was hopeless.

Not sure if I’m reading something into nothing, but I notice this same no verification text thing has happened to me more at the weekends. Weekdays seem to be fine.
