No tier points or Avios on cash eVoucher booking?

I had an eVoucher from a booking I cancelled earlier this year. Last week I booked a Club Europe flight using the voucher. On MMB it should be showing 80 tier points and some avios but it’s showing as 0 tier points and 0 avios. I think it should have booked into an earning booking class but it looks like it’s booked into a non-reward class.

Not sure if Not sure if I should contact BA before the flight or let it run and try and sort it out afterwards when nothing credits. Anyone else had this issue lately?

Fly and see what happens. This makes no sense (after all, you’d already selected the flight before you paid so the fare type can’t have changed just because you had a voucher).

Thanks Rob. I think it is an I class fare so should hopefully be OK. Otherwise I’ll have to try and sort it out after the flight – just seems it could be an odd anomaly in BA.
