    I recently booked flights for myself using my company’s On Business points for the first time.

    Since the booking BA has cancelled one of the flights and the new times don’t work for me,

    Can anyone let me know how you cancel an On Business points booking? When I have tried to do this through MMB I am continually getting a message saying there is a temporary problem and to check back later.

    I have contacted BA online and through Twitter for assistance however have had the response that they don’t deal with On Business bookings. Who should I contact?

    There is a dedicated telephone number for On Business bookings – it is on their website somewhere. I called it last year when I needed to cancel a redemption. It was answered promptly and it general it was more efficient than dealing with a normal redemption.
