Found a car through one.avisworld.com/en_GB/CarhireBA which is cheaper than any other booking channel that I can see.
However when I go to pay the transaction just won’t go through. Tried different times, different cards, different browsers…
It says “We’re so sorry, something went wrong (EP999)” and to call up but when I did the agent I got (other than being rude) also insisted I was using the BA website and that he couldn’t match that price.
Does anyone know what might be the issue?
