For anyone wondering I think I may have found the lowest value BA club redemption possible…
The base cost for an off peak Club Europe redemption from LHR to Amman and Cairo now stands at 140,000 + £180.
To make things worse these routes are run on BA’s shorthaul fleet so you don’t even get a lie flat seat. Availability for next year is wide open so knock yourselves out.
BA IT is crazy atm, try different browsers and booking 2 one-way flights. I got 26k avios plus £1200 to use BC upgrade to PE to DBX return the other day but much more reasonable booking 2 x one way outbound instead. I also saw taxes at £2k for a F redemption which should be as per the old pricing.
