I bought Hilton Tickets to Lana Del Rey for my little girl and me for Thursday. Without any notice the tickets came today and we have been downgraded to Bobby Moore with no compensation and lots of BS from Hilton and Right Formula, who manage these events for Hilton. RF are absolute BS merchants and they’re trying to present this absolutely massive downgrade as something we should be happy about.
I’ve been getting into it with them but they are desperate to present this as something that isn’t as bad as it is.
I wouldn’t have paid this many points for the BM and I wouldn’t have taken a child there in a million years. It’s generally full of people who are really drunk and there’s a lot of people in there who have been on the marching powder.
If you’re looking to redeem for One Twenty, be aware you may not get access to it and make your bids lower to take this into account. I’m a grand invested into trains and hotels down so I can’t cancel but I’m absolutely furious about the bait and switch and the terrible attitude of The people I’m messaging.
You have my sympathy – your characterisation of RF based on the brief contact I had for a previous event (not at all the same experience you’ve had though) really doesn’t surprise me.
