Trying to book a BAH, but despite being able to select flights and cabins I want individually, when it comes to the summary screen, the options have changed! Wanting LHR-EWR econ then BOS-LHR premium econ, plus a car, but on confirmation page shows both as econ, and car pick up and drop off times seem completely random. Is it just me and BA IT, or is it always this weird?
You can’t mix cabins on BA Holidays unless you call them, it’s a complete PITA! How are you managing to select individual cabins, or are you starting with the flight and adding the car rather than using the “customise my trip” facility? I tend to use the latter, but it does mean there’s only one box to select your cabin class.
You should be able to select your car pick up and drop off times as well, there will be a box somewhere to do it.
