Out of curiosity, is the online chat currently unavailable for anyone else?
OH gets this message all the time with the online chat which means it is disabled for her.
Hasn’t work for a few weeks now, works on mobile. I asked on mobile and was asked to send some screenshots, never head a word back from them since.
And no the chat on my desktop still does not work. Always says “chat unavailable”.
