Open jaw BA Amex companion voucher from MAD?

Has anyone booked an open jaw using the companion voucher from MAD (to usa) via ba/ba.com?

And if so, does this need to be done by calling customer services or can it be done online (I don’t see an option for multi-city when using the voucher online but maybe I am missing something)

You can’t do it online, call them. I’ve recently booked MAD-UIO, MVD-MAD-MAN (mixed class), took less than 15 mins.

You need to call even to book open jaw from LHR, the website doesn’t have a multi-city option for reward bookings.
