My avios flight (in September) to Dublin has been cancelled – the earliest flight option in “manage my booking” is 2 hours later which will mean I will miss the start of a meeting. If I call will they let me take a Aer Lingus which leaves about the same time as my cancelled flight?
Thanks people.
If any help to know, the BA T5 lounge staff were able to rebook me on Aer Lingus from T2 for a cancelled flight in the past.
