I have booked CW outbound as a one way using upgrade voucher for 2x people. I’m I right in thinking that now if I wanted to change my mind I can add a PE inbound? But the voucher states it cant be booked inbound from outside UK? And I’m guessing I will pay £30 change fee pp? TIA
It’s not clear what you are changing your mind about. The voucher has been used for two people one way so is now used. You can do what you like inbound but not all agents are willing to add it to the same booking. You won’t pay the change fee if you book inbound PE on a separate booking but you will then end up paying 2 x 2 x change fees if you end up cancelling.

I made the mistake of thinking upgrade voucher was return for 2x like 241 when in fact its only one way for 2x people only.
