Hi – My vouchers can’t be refunded to cash via the BA refund offer. I have given my 125- voucher numbers to a BA holiday agent to pay off a BAH but the agent told me I have to pay the full amount due with my credit card or other form of payment and the BA will refund me the amount of my vouchers to my credit card or chosen account. This to me makes no sense but the agent told me that’s the new policy. I didn’t go ahead with the payment as I thought it sounded wrong. Has anyone had any experience with this?
Thanks
Nick.
That’s how they do it now (and has been the case for some time)

Any update here? I was of the understanding that BAH are simply refunding these vouchers upon receipt, and then coming back to you as such for payment. If you want them refunded of course, that could be your best bet.
