Paying off my Virgin Atlantic card with Curve

Been trying to pay off VA using bendy for the last few days, but transaction doesn’t go through. I’ve had this issue intermittently last few months, but always seemed to resolve itself in a few days until now. Is this a permanent thing, and have I missed out something?

What Curve account do you have?
Metal fronted works but 1.5% on free curve card or no fees on metal.

It’s always been hit and miss for me. On a given day it works for me and doesn’t for a friend. Other days, vice-versa

I created a spreadsheet and tracked failed payments, trying to find a pattern. I couldn’t.
