Is the current sign-up bonus for the Amex Platinum the standard one, offering 40,000 points for spending £6,000 within 6 months? If so, when is the next promotion with elevated bonus expected to start?

I think the Platinum and Gold cards are next, and then Avios cards in August. All speculation from memory and what I think happened.
Keep in mind that it’s probably going to require £10K spending within six months. The last offer was 75K + 25K in the 15th month.
There’s only one ‘open to all’ bonus that I know of coming down the tracks before summer and its not Plat/Gold.
