Plaza Premium lounges with Amex Platinum – access rules

Hi – just a quick question & thinking of getting the Plat card. One benefit is access to the Plaza Premium lounges, for example at T5, for a cardholder & one guest. Does that apply to the supplementary holder too, i.e., family of 4? T&Cs on the lounge access Amex link doesn’t mention main cardholder… so what do you think as it would a far better option than Aspire.
